Betty Holcomb is the Policy Director for Child Care, Inc. (CCI), a nonprofit organization that works to expand and improve early care and education across New York State. CCI co-convenes Winning Beginning, a New York coalition working to win $200 million in new funding for pre-K. An award winning journalist, Holcomb has also written widely on work and family issues for the national media.
