Bruce Morrow is the Associate Director of Teachers & Writers Collaborative, one of the oldest literary arts education organizations in the country. He is the co-editor of Shade: An Anthology of Short Fiction by Gay Men of African Descent (Avon Books) and a former editor of the literary journal Callaloo. His work has appeared in numerous publications, including the New York Times, Speak My Name (Beacon Press), Step Into a World (Wiley), and Voices Rising (Redbone Press).
